1. Agreement
By using CageId, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
CageId provides temporary email and account-isolation related tools. The service is designed for short-term use and may automatically delete session data and received messages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CageId for illegal activities, spam, malware, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Payments
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Prices and available features may change from time to time. Refunds may be handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Temporary Data
You are responsible for saving any information you need before it expires. CageId is not responsible for lost, delayed, blocked, deleted, or undelivered emails.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specht Tech Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
